Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Payment ✅ Deposit Required: A non-refundable deposit of £[X] is required to secure your wedding date. ✅ Full Payment Deadline: The remaining balance must be paid no later than [X] days before the event. ✅ Accepted Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and PayPal. Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit is received. ________________________________________ 2. Cancellation & Refund Policy We understand that plans can change. Rescheduling & Changes 📆 Date Changes: If you need to reschedule your wedding, we will do our best to accommodate the new date. However, this is subject to availability. 🎵 Setlist & Requests: Final song selections must be submitted at least [X] weeks before the wedding to allow for preparation. ________________________________________ 4. Performance Requirements 🎤 Performance Setup: Adam will arrive [X] minutes before the ceremony to set up and soundcheck. 🔌 Power & Equipment: If your venue does not provide a sound system, Adam can bring his own—please notify us in advance. 🌧 Outdoor Performances: For outdoor weddings, a sheltered area must be provided in case of bad weather. ________________________________________ 5. Travel & Additional Costs 🚗 Travel Fees: Bookings within [X miles] of [Location] include travel. Events outside this radius may incur additional travel expenses. 🏨 Accommodation: If the venue is more than [X] miles away, overnight accommodation may be required and discussed at the time of booking. ________________________________________ 6. Liability & Force Majeure Adam Harding is fully insured for public liability. However, we are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, venue restrictions, illness, or national emergencies). In such cases, we will communicate promptly to find a suitable resolution.
